Nicki holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. She specializes in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). She works with children, teens, and adults. She accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP), United Healthcare (UHC), United Medical Resources (UMR), and Medicaid.

Ariel Rendt Padron
Ariel attained her Bachelor of Arts from University of California in English, Applied Psychology and Education. She went on to get her Master's in Social Work from University of Denver. She specializes in Trauma and Severe Persistent Mental Illnesses like Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorders, and Early Identified Psychosis. She's comfortable treating grief and loss, sexual trauma, the effects of domestic violence, acute trauma, and complex traumas.​ She works with all ages. She is also open to working with families. She's been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) , Internal Family Systems (IFS), Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Polyvagal Theory. She accepts almost all major insurances including: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, United Healthcare, Triwest, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Erik Larson
Erik holds a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Boise State University. Erik has extensive experience across a range of settings including residential
treatment, public education, alternative programs, environmental science education, community behavioral health, and the juvenile
justice system. Erik is dedicated to supporting children, adolescents and parents facing challenges at home, school, and in their communities. His approach incorporates a variety of therapeutic
techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), as well as play and art therapy methods. Erik is committed to setting collaborative, realistic, yet ambitious goals for his clients. He is driven by his belief that youth are the future and are all capable of
greatness.

Tiffany Montaño
Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in various roles within the field of social work. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver, where she majored in Public Policy and Philosophy and minored in Legal Studies. Early on in her career, Tiffany served Colorado's youth in residential treatment settings and supported underserved schools. For the past decade, she has specialized in intellectual and developmental disabilities services, serving in roles such as case manager, residential program manager, and in therapeutic/behavioral services as both a therapist and clinical director. Now returning to her "true north" as a direct practitioner and clinical supervisor, Tiffany is passionate about bridging the gap between disability services and mental health care. Her systems-based approach emphasizes collaboration with professionals and caregivers, fostering a wraparound model of care that ensures comprehensive and cohesive treatment. She is committed to individualizing her approach to meet clients where they are, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities. These include behavioral theory, play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based approaches.
